A booking is made when we send you a confirmation of your request. We may be unable to accept a request depending on availability or the supplier.
4. Prices and payment
The price is the amount shown at the time of booking, payable by the methods we offer. Displayed prices may change with exchange rates or supplier repricing.
5. Cancellation and changes
Whether a booking can be cancelled or changed, and any fee, follows the conditions shown for that product. Some bookings cannot be cancelled under supplier rules.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not break the law, make fraudulent bookings, impersonate others, interfere with the Service, or do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.
7. Disclaimer
Except where we are at fault, we are not responsible for the content or delivery of the stays, tours and activities supplied by our partners.
8. Personal data
We collect and use personal data as needed to arrange bookings and provide the Service, and may share it with suppliers. See our privacy policy for details.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when we consider it necessary. The revised terms take effect once posted on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes about the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court for the area where we are located.
