The trash hasn't been taken out for 3 days, which is concerning.
Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.
Location is superb, very close to Shinjuku station and other amenities.
Rooms are functional but some were noted to be small.
Good amenities with a well-stocked lobby and good breakfast.
Overall, fair value but higher prices noted during the festive season.
Breakfast was appreciated and several dining options were available.
